Come join the fun in the sun for this two day event. Saturday afternoon join Adventure Bound onthefly at Spruce Lake run for SUP and kayak paddling, music, food and fun. On Sunday morning come to our demo/paddle center 1 mile from the village of Ellicottville where we will have SUP's and Kayak's on hand for demo along with paddle clinics, seminars, SUP yoga and kids events.
Pfeiffer Nature Center is sponsoring a field trip to the western part of Cattaraugus County to examine unique glacier areas with nature guide, Tim Baird. This field trip will involve a full day excursion via carpooling to visit some of the county’s land forms which were created by glaciers during the Wisconsin Glacial Episode.
Due to damage received over the last two winters, the Gooseneck Hill Waterfowl Sanctuary will only be open for guided tours one day in June and one day in July. Tours will be of all the birds in the beautiful landscaped park and run from 2-5pm.
Grab your lawn chairs and head to Allegany State Park’s Quaker Beach area to celebrate our nation’s independence! The fun starts at 2:00 p.m. on July 3rd with a chicken barbecue (until sold out). Later on, listen to live music, enjoy vendors and spend time at the beach!
