2011 Exhibit Opening at Seneca-Iroquois National Museum

All are invited to the opening reception for the Seneca_Iroquois National Museum’s new exhibit on Wednesday, September 21st from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Meet the artists, learn more about their inspired artwork and enter a free raffle for a chance to win an authentic Haudenosaunee-made berry basket. The Native Roots Artist Guild is a non-profit community organization dedicated to promoting and supporting Haudenosaunee artists. 

Featured artwork will include traditional baskets, carvings, beadwork, and cornhusk items, as well as drawings and paintings by highly talented Native artists such as Lyle Logan, Roger Thompson, Mary Jacobs, Bill Crouse, Mike Crouse, Penny Minner and more.The exhibit will run until the end of the year.

This event is free and open to the general public. 

The Museum is open Thursday thru Monday 9am-5pm.
