Nicholas Torsell’s photographs in the exhibit, “Ghosts in the Sunlight” at first glance seem to be starkly beautiful empty spaces, but if you linger and let your imagination people the space with what might have been there, you will see the potential that Torsell finds in everyday emptiness.
"The Great American Trailer Park: The Musical" - A Fundraiser for The Pink Pumpkin Project and Olean Community Theatre, will be presented January 13 and 14, 2017 at the Premier Banquet Center, located at 2000 Constitution Avenue in Olean. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and the show will start at 7:30 p.m.
Snowshoe hares have oversized feet which enable them to move quickly on top of the snow’s surface. Come try out your snowshoeing skills on the white powder of the Lillibridge Preserve! Bring your own snowshoes or borrow a pair of traditional snowshoes from us when you visit Pfeiffer Nature Center’s winter wonderland.

The highest point in Cattaraugus County is Clare Mark, at 2,430 feet. This mount, in the Town of Allegany off Chipmunk Road, is privately owned, and does not have public access for hiking. Nearby attractions are Rock City Park and Allegany State Park.
