The Joy of Visiting a Sunflower Field: A Golden Experience

July 30, 2024

There's something inherently magical about standing amidst a sea of sunflowers.

Visiting a sunflower field is more than just a visual delight; it's an experience that engages all the senses and leaves you with lasting memories and The Songin Farm allows you to do just that! They open for their season on August 2nd and close mid-September. Their hours are Wednesday through Sunday 9am to 8pm each week.

FREE entry for U-cut. Stroll up into the fields while taking in the beautiful countryside views and cut as many sunflowers as you want to take home! Flowers are $1 per cut. Bring your cutters and a bucket.

A sunflower field is a photographer’s paradise. Whether you're a professional or using your smartphone, every angle offers a perfect shot. The contrasting colors of the yellow petals against the green leaves and blue sky create stunning compositions. Don't forget to take a moment to capture yourself in this golden world; these photos will be cherished reminders of your visit. (There is a photographer location fee.)

Songin Farm also offers produce, bouquets, goodies & more throughout the season. Make sure you follow their Facebook page for details, contests and events!
