The City of Olean Music Series is back!
Starting June 3rd, concerts will run from 6:30pm - 8:30pm every Thursday at Olean's Lincoln Park, with five Sunday's being added to the list too. Sunday concerts will be from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

Yeeehaw!! An honest-to-goodness rodeo at the home of the Nightmare Hayrides on Sommerville Street, complete with bronco bustin', bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing and stick horse racing for the kids. This is one of the largest IPRA/APRA sanctioned rodeos in the Northeast! The Ellicottville Championship Rodeo would like to invite you to come out and enjoy the family tradition with a step back in time to wild and western non-stop action. They will be celebrating their 3nd year in 2021!

The SINM is happy to announce the return of their annual Heritage Day festival. The event is free and open to the public. This year’s theme will be Native boarding school awareness. There will be an in-person auction on the day of the festival, with proceeds benefitting the Thomas Indian School Alumni.
If the way to a person’s heart is through the stomach, then Olean is a destination visitors are sure to love. The Taste of Olean will be held on July 25th. Time to loosen that belt a few notches, gather family and friends and head down to the 72nd Annual Art in the Park and the 31st Annual Taste of Olean.
Midway rides, grounds shows, and exciting grandstand entertainment are set to return to this summer's Cattaraugus County Fair. 4H and open class exhibitors will return to show off the finest livestock, dairy, arts and crafts in the county.

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun.
After a one-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Griffis Sculpture Park will host their 8th annual summer festival on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It’s a day filled with music, creativity, exploration and much more. Tickets are $20. Children 12 and under are FREE.

Rt. 62 is the only east-west route that connects Canada with Mexico.
With its origin at Niagara Falls and end at El Paso, Texas, parts of the road follow the Ozark Trail.
Rt. 62 begins in Cattaraugus County in the Village of Gowanda and travels south through Dayton, Leon and Conewango (through Amish country) before heading west into Chautauqua County.
