WINTER SNOWSHOE HIKES - 4:30 PM- Join us every Tuesday evening at 4:30 PM for a trek into the sunset at Allegany State Park. Beginning January 7th, Park Naturalists will lead interpretive snowshoe treks (snow dependent) or hikes if there is not enough snow. Witness a breathtaking winter sunset at Stone Tower, visit a secret beaver pond or hike along a creek.

The zaniest of all spring events, Pond Skimming on March 28th challenges skiers and snowboarders to try to skim across an ice water filled pond at the bottom of Yodeler. The last production of Olean Theatre Workshop's season is Agatha Christie's “Witness for the Prosecution,” based on Christie's own short story of the same name. It is a courtroom drama involving the murder of an older, wealthy woman by a younger man. As with anything Christie, the story will leave one guessing until the very end. This is sure to be the talk of the town.
Organized by the same folks who brought you the fall EVL Halloween Half, the annual spring Happy Half is a serious race, but full of fun surprises along the way. The 13.1 mile route will start at Holiday Valley, take you through the rolling terrain of Great Valley and finish at Holiday Valley. There's also a 5K distance and 1 mile Beer Run.
