Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, owner and head distiller Bryan Scharf creates high quality spirits and flavored liqueurs.

Ellicottville Distillery has an onsite tasting room where you can try their uniquely hand-crafted cocktails whilst browsing their bottled selections.
