Creative Clay Classes are project specific, beginner hand building classes. We will be making fun coil Christmas tree for you to display during the holiday season.

Join SerenHippity on June 21st, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for a fun and creative tie-dye experience! Design your own unique tote bag using professional techniques and take home your handmade masterpiece. 

Dive into the World of Tie-Dye and learn fabric prep, folding, and tying techniques for stunning designs. Discover the secrets to achieving vibrant colors and long-lasting results and get hands-on experience with dyeing and creating your own custom design

Join Jean Benson on June 7th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for a fun and creative Dutch Pour Painting class! Create Your Own Masterpiece using fluid acrylic paint and a unique blowing technique that will create dynamic, abstract patterns on a 12x12 canvas.

Join Darlene Subulski for a 2D needle felting class on May 17th, 2025, from 1:00-4:00 pm! Create a beautiful bird-themed picture frame using wool roving and needle felting techniques. Details:

• Cost: $45 (Artisan Members & Above), $55 (Basic/Family Members & Non-Members)
• Age: 14+
• What to bring: A 5×7 picture frame 

No experience needed! Learn this fun technique and take home your unique wool-felted art piece!

Gowanda is a a beautifully quaint community nestled among the hills surrounding Cattaraugus Creek and is coming together for a Christmas Celebration. Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Of course we can not forget that Santa and all his helpers will be there to help us celebrate this joyous time of year! Mark your calendars! 

HO! HO! HO! The holidays are fast approaching and there's no better way to get into the spirit than by spending some time in Allegany State Park. Join the Environmental Education Department on Saturday, December 2nd for a fun, festive, family event- Saturday with Santa!

Music in the Park Returns July 25th, 2024 featuring Kokomo Time Band

The Cattaraugus County Pride Coalition announces it's 6th Pride event at Pride in the Park! 

This is a fun event for all with music, entertainment, vendors, food, educational, LGBTQ+ owned businesses, artists and allies, and so much more. This is a family friendly event and everyone is welcome to attend. 

The event will be held at War Vets Park in Olean on Saturday, June 29th from 12pm until 4pm.
