The Challenger Learning Center announced the return of their popular space quiz event! Join in to test your space knowledge and also support a local organization. The event will feature a quiz with prizes for the winning team. You can participate in a team of 2-5 players.
Apart from the quiz, we will also have raffles with exciting prizes such as a Cutco Block, a $100 gift certificate from the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce, a $50 AMC gift certificate, and more. You can still purchase raffle tickets even if you are not attending the event.
Join the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts in welcoming the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and JoAnn Falletta on Sunday, September 21st, at 3pm.
Expect a powerful performance that promises an evening of moving music and world-class musicianship!
Showtime is Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 3pm. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for senior citizens and SBU staff and faculty, and $5 for students.

Join the Onöhsagwë: de’ Cultural Center for a day of shopping. Native artists and craftspeople will be set up indoors, throughout the building. Free and open to the public. Museum admission is free for the day.
The Largest New York State Park is Allegany State Park which is the 3rd largest in the United States of America with 65,000 acres (97 square miles) and many miles of trails. Allegany State Park has over 35 miles of Cross Country skiing trails, 18 hiking trails and 5.6 miles of paved multi-use trails (horseback riding, snowmobiling and more) around Red House Lake area. 3 campground areas with over 375 cabins.
Beat the winter blues and join us for a winter filled with fun indoor and outdoor activities. Allegany State Park and the Pat McGee Trail will be bustling with activities provided by the Allegany Region Environmental Educators.
Pat McGee Trail nature walk begins at 1:00 p.m. at the New Albion Road parking area of the trail.

Carson Waterman, a distinguished artist and revered cultural figure for the Haudenosaunee people of the Seneca Nation, will discuss his life and artwork in a special presentation at St. Bonaventure University on Wednesday, April 2nd at 5:00pm in the Rigas Theater of the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts.

Allegany State Park, the Wilderness Playground of Western New York, officially opened on July 30th, 1921. One hundred years later, people are still flocking to this vast park with rolling hills, serene lakes, and abundant beauty.
