Holiday Valley has announced that their anticipated opening day is November 28- Weather permitting.  Fingers crossed that Mother Nature lets that happen!!

Join Ellicottville Distillery as they celebrate the last day of 2023 with their annual "Liquor Mile" at on Sunday December 31st!

Distillery opens and registration for runners starts at 11am. Run starts at 12pm. It is $25 a runner to enter the 5k followed by the Liquor Mile which is $15. $35 fee if you are planning on doing both the 5K & Liquor Mile.

All proceeds will be donated to Oishei Children’s hospital.

After every quarter of a mile you get a miniature cocktail! 1 mile run + 4 drinks!

A NYS DEC Forester will lead the way as you explore the woods, learning how to identify common trees, shrubs, and invasive plants found in Western New York. You'll hear how foresters balance tree harvesting with the needs of wildlife, recreation, and long-term forest health. This guided trail walk is perfect for curious minds of all ages! 

Bobcats & fishers might be quiet, but they're some of the forest's most fascinating hunters! 

Stop by the Recreation Hall at Camp Allegany on November 7th at 1:00pm to learn about how these amazing predators survive and thrive in the wild.

The Tri-County Arts Council is hosting a Pumpkin Carving workshop with the renowned artist and TV personality, Eric Jones! Join Eric on October 8th and October 22nd, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and learn the intricacies of pumpkin carving from a master. Ages 12 and up are welcome.
