Come join Santa and Mrs. Claus as they officially light the town's holiday decorations! This festive Annual Santa Claus Lane Parade is held annually on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the traditional kick-off to the holiday season. Santa will be in attendance and light up thousands of lights in Lincoln Park and downtown Olean when he parades through town in celebration.

Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Watch the Santa Claus Lane Parade before or after touring this beautifully restored mansion built in 1881 with 15 rooms, including a third-floor ballroom.

The historic house will be adorned with Christmas decorations during its annual open house on Friday from 6-9pm. There will be refreshments and raffle baskets, proceeds to benefit the Bartlett House. 

Ellicottville is looking forward to a weekend full of the best blues bands in the region! Come down and shake those winter blues with them as they fill their village with music. 

Join Ellicottville Distillery for their annual Christmas Tree Bonfire on Saturday, January 18th! 

The doors open at 12 pm. Enjoy live music by Tina Williams from 5 pm to 8 pm, with the bonfire lighting at around 6 pm. 

Bring your used Christmas trees to add to the pile!

Gear up for a road trip and experience "Spring Along the Amish Trail" on May, 17th from 10am - 4pm. There are nearly 200 Amish Shops along the Amish Trail offering their wares and handiworks, offering a one of a kind shopping experience. In addition to several English Businesses.

Join the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino for free fireworks on July 5th at dusk. Celebrate America’s Birthday with them. The show is free – everyone’s welcome!

Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean.

Kids day at the Fannie Bartlett house is on December 6th from noon -3pm. Kids will have the opportunity to visit with Santa from 1pm -3pm.

Ring in the New Year with the Holiday Valley Groomer parade and spectacular fireworks. Family friendly party in the main Lodge. Approximate times: Groomer Parade on Cindy's Run at 11:15, torchlight parade at 11:30 then the fireworks show at 11:45, ending at midnight. 

Join Jean Benson on June 7th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for a fun and creative Dutch Pour Painting class! Create Your Own Masterpiece using fluid acrylic paint and a unique blowing technique that will create dynamic, abstract patterns on a 12x12 canvas.

Join SerenHippity on March 15th, 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Tri-County Arts Council to build your very own terrarium! Using a glass jar, laying rocks, soil, and plants you will make your very own little garden! The class will also go over care instructions to keep your new garden thriving! 

There is no experience needed for this class.

Follow Dewy Finn, an out of work Rock singer and guitarist as he pretends to be a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school, preparing a band of fifth graders to win an upcoming battle of the bands contest! Sure to be a rocking good show! Directed by Kelly Vaccaro with a special arrangement by Concord Theatrics.

Fall into Fun: Paws & Pumpkins 5K 

Join the 2nd Annual Paws & Pumpkins 5K in Little Valley, NY benefiting Empire Animal Rescue Society (EARS)! Whether you're a seasoned runner or a leisurely walker, bring your family, friends, and furry companions for a morning of autumn fun. 

Event Details:

The Jingle Bell Jubilee is a holiday event featuring many activities and events: the holiday market, carolers, dance groups, wreath creation class, Shop Raffle Drawing, Sips of the Season, make and take craft, horse and wagon rides; an inflated snow globe for picture opps, cocoa and cookie crawl, decorate the tree contest, cookie decorating, and even a Rudolph run! Hours for the event are 4:30-8pm.
