Come join Santa and Mrs. Claus as they officially light the town's holiday decorations! This festive Annual Santa Claus Lane Parade is held annually on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the traditional kick-off to the holiday season. Santa will be in attendance and light up thousands of lights in Lincoln Park and downtown Olean when he parades through town in celebration.

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.

Join Ellicottville Distillery as they celebrate the last day of 2023 with their annual "Liquor Mile" at on Sunday December 31st!

Distillery opens and registration for runners starts at 11am. Run starts at 12pm. It is $25 a runner to enter the 5k followed by the Liquor Mile which is $15. $35 fee if you are planning on doing both the 5K & Liquor Mile.

All proceeds will be donated to Oishei Children’s hospital.

After every quarter of a mile you get a miniature cocktail! 1 mile run + 4 drinks!

Calling all car enthusiasts! Bring your ride or just your appetite for Cruise Nights at Fatties Creamery & Grill every Thursday from 5pm - 8pm. Celebrate New York State's Path through History Weekend with a presentation about the Holland Land Company at the Leon Historical Society on June 15th at 11am. Barker Museum's Archivist, Catherine Oag-Miller will lead the presentation. She has extensive knowledge of people and happenings of the local areas and is known for giving an engaging presentation. Eric is one of WNY's top pumpkin artists, known for his incredible 3D creations and hundreds of jaw dropping sculptures across the region. Now's your chance to learn his tips and tricks and create your own masterpiece to show off this Halloween! 

Get ready for a spine-tingling celebration!  Join Wildwood's 8th birthday bash on Saturday, June 28th from 6pm-11:55pm. There will be cake (at 6pm), spooky stories, and a chance to dive into the unknown with Kristie London's gallery reading (at 7:00pm). Then, grab your flashlight and join the investigation!  Proceeds will help the Wildwood Crew raise the roof (literally!) on their garage to fix some needed repairs and will eventually give guests a whole new area to explore.

Portville Central School’s Arts, Crafts, & Antiques Show returns as a one day, indoor event. It will be held at the Portville High School and will feature art, crafts, antiques and food on Saturday, November 2nd from 10:00am-5:00pm.

Proceeds collected directly benefit the students of Portville Central School in the form of achievement awards and student scholarships.
