The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun. 

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. The Ellicottville  A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 36 years.

Join the Gowanda Area Chamber of Commerce every Thursday in July at beautiful Chang Hu Park for FREE live music, food, snacks, 50/50 raffles, and fun for the whole community!

Saturday November 25th starts the first of many days Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting our house.

Santa will be escorted by the Allegany Police and Fire Department to our house, where he will greet all visitors. Basket raffles will be avaliable for people to buy tickets to help support our community event.

Rusty Rooster Farm & Vintage LLC , in Portville is hosting their 6th Annual Harvest Fall Fest on Saturday, October 4th from 10am - 4:00pm. 

The event features FREE outdoor activities like apple cider pressing, fall craft station, doughnuts and funnel cakes, door prizes, a candy count, photo stops, and Live music. 

Inside the shop, there will be in-store specials, honey samples, Ellen's pop up boutique, and a full chocolate shop with grab-and-go specials. 

Come and enjoy the autumn festivities! 

Good Times of Olean will be hosting a Fall Vendor Show Extravaganza on Saturday, November 2nd from 12pm-5pm at Good Times of Olean located at 800 E State St, Olean. 

Admission is free! Come indulge your senses with delicious food & drinks, and great LIVE music while you explore different vendors selling hand made crafts, collectables, and more! Spread the word, rally your friends, and come make some great memories at Good Times of Olean! 

Get ready for a night of fun and frights at Allegany State Park’s Spooky Family Bike Ride! Here’s everything you need to know:

Schedule:

Participants are invited to join Allegany State Park educators for a fun ride of 5-7 miles around the Red House area bike path. All ages and bikes are welcome. Please no scooter bikes or training wheels. Helmets are required for all, bring a bike light, water and a sense of adventure as we ride under the first full moon of May.

Quick Center for the Arts for an exciting community event on Saturday April 26, from 11am - 3pm; featuring a day of music, dance, art activities, and community engagement that is free and open to all ages. Ellicottville's Fall Festival is the Village of Ellicottville's largest, most anticipated, autumn event. The village transforms into a walkable 4-block arts and crafts show accompanied by our one-of-a-kind shops, flavorful culinary culture, chair lift rides, live music, and so much more.

Spring is here and so is the annual Mother's Day Craft Show! There will be over 20 different vendors to shop from and a Chinese auction available. Shop for jewelry, candles, beauty products, breads, dips, diamond paintings, wood pieces, painted slates and so much more.
