Saturday November 25th starts the first of many days Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting our house.

Santa will be escorted by the Allegany Police and Fire Department to our house, where he will greet all visitors. Basket raffles will be avaliable for people to buy tickets to help support our community event.

Join the Gowanda Area Chamber of Commerce every Thursday in July at beautiful Chang Hu Park for FREE live music, food, snacks, 50/50 raffles, and fun for the whole community!

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 17th from noon to 4 pm for the 11th Annual Cruising Against Cancer Car and Craft Show located at the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds! All proceeds will benefit the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation. 

This event is rain or shine, in the event of inclement weather, they will move under the barns.

Beer is Back! The 18th annual Beer and Wine Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 12th. With many of the region's best craft brewers, wineries and cideries in attendance you can sample your favorites, plus try out several new and unique flavors. Add live entertainment, food trucks and 1500 of your closest friends, it's an event not to be missed.

The format was adjusted so no there are two sessions in order to allow guests to have more space in the lodge. The first session is 1pm - 4pm and the second is 5pm - 8pm.

Rusty Rooster Farm & Vintage LLC , in Portville is hosting their 2nd Annual Barkyard Maker's Market on Saturday, July 26th from 10am - 4:00pm. 

The event features a ton of vendors, chicken bbq, Live music... and so much more.

Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tours available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month. No reservations necessary. Come and discover the beauty of the southern tier's Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, NY.  The 33 Munich-style windows are some of the finest domestically-produced windows in the nation.  Pope Frances designated the church as a Minor Basilica on February 14, 2017 for its exquisite art, architecture and history.
