Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tours available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month. No reservations necessary. Come and discover the beauty of the southern tier's Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, NY.  The 33 Munich-style windows are some of the finest domestically-produced windows in the nation.  Pope Frances designated the church as a Minor Basilica on February 14, 2017 for its exquisite art, architecture and history. Get ready for a spine-tingling celebration!  Join Wildwood's 8th birthday bash on Saturday, June 28th from 6pm-11:55pm. There will be cake (at 6pm), spooky stories, and a chance to dive into the unknown with Kristie London's gallery reading (at 7:00pm). Then, grab your flashlight and join the investigation!  Proceeds will help the Wildwood Crew raise the roof (literally!) on their garage to fix some needed repairs and will eventually give guests a whole new area to explore.

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun. 

Randolph’s Country Christmas is an annual event. Starting off the day is Randolph Holiday Arts & Crafts Show and the Christmas Magic Show!

Browse the vendors along with a concession stand and bake sale.

Portville Central School’s Arts, Crafts, & Antiques Show returns as a one day, indoor event. It will be held at the Portville High School and will feature art, crafts, antiques and food on Saturday, November 2nd from 10:00am-5:00pm.

Proceeds collected directly benefit the students of Portville Central School in the form of achievement awards and student scholarships.

Spring is here and so is the annual spring craft and vendor show! There will be over 35 different vendors to shop from and a chinese auction available. The Lunch Bus, a local favorite food truck will also be at the event! 

Visit the Fannie Bartlett House on August 16th for their "Pie on the Porch" event! They will have 10 pie themed raffle baskets included a Cutco pie server in each basket!

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

Come out to Pumpkinville on October 18th for an exclusive Pumpkin Carving class with the one and only, Eric Jones! 

Eric Jones is an Olean, NY native and celebrated sculptor and caricature artist! He has been featured on The Food Network's Halloween Wars, holds the 2023 Guinness World Record for carving the larges jack-o-lantern, and won Season 3 of The Food Network's Outrageous Pumpkins! 

If you love snowboarding, this is the event for you. Great for spectating! Vendor Village and cookout on the Champagne Sundeck at the Yodeler Lodge. 

Discounted lift tickets for competitors and lodging are available. Assumption of risk form must be signed by a parent if competitor is under 18.

This Veterans Day, November 11th from 2-4 pm, honor our heroes by joining the Citizens Advocating Memorial Preservation (C.A.M.P) and historian Ed Brodbeck for a FREE special event at the Civil War Memorial on the corner of Court and Seventh in Little Valley. As they pay tribute to those who have served our nation, Ed Brodbeck will bring history to life, portraying a typical Union soldier from the Civil War.
