The cool nights are setting in and the leaves are starting to change. We know what that means, the fall season is upon us. We put together a bucket list to help you get into the spirit and enjoy some of the fall experiences that the Enchanted Mountains has to offer!
Join Ellicottville Distillery as they celebrate the last day of 2023 with their annual "Liquor Mile" at on Sunday December 31st!
Distillery opens and registration for runners starts at 11am. Run starts at 12pm. It is $25 a runner to enter the 5k followed by the Liquor Mile which is $15. $35 fee if you are planning on doing both the 5K & Liquor Mile.
All proceeds will be donated to Oishei Children’s hospital.
After every quarter of a mile you get a miniature cocktail! 1 mile run + 4 drinks!
The cabin at Pfeiffer Nature Center is made entirely of American Chestnut, which was thought to be extinct.

This is designed as a guide to anglers in locating the higher quality stocked and un-stocked trout streams in western NY. It is not intended as a list of all the wild trout streams, nor all the streams where trout are stocked. Lists of all stocked streams are available from this office.
Western New York has a number of streams that offer high duality lake-run steelhead fishing from November through March.
In Cattaraugus County, anglers have access to lakes that provide good angling for Trout, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Panfish, and some Northern Pike.
