Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Watch the Santa Claus Lane Parade before or after touring this beautifully restored mansion built in 1881 with 15 rooms, including a third-floor ballroom.

The historic house will be adorned with Christmas decorations during its annual open house on Friday from 6-9pm. There will be refreshments and raffle baskets, proceeds to benefit the Bartlett House. 

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun.

Join an easy going paint party where no talent is required but you are more than welcome to get creative. You will be guided step by step so you can relax, unwind and enjoy the evening. The paint party is scheduled for August 22nd from 6-8pm and is $42 per painter. There are limited spots so sign up soon.

All supplies are included. Bring a drink and some snacks if you would like, though light refreshments will be provided. This event is intended for ages 13 and up.

Portville Central School’s Arts, Crafts, & Antiques Show returns as a one day, indoor event. It will be held at the Portville High School and will feature art, crafts, antiques and food on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am-5:00pm.

Proceeds collected directly benefit the students at Portville Central School in the form of achievement awards and student scholarships.

Holiday Valley Snowsports School is featuring the 10th annual YOUR TURN women's clinic on Wednesday and Thursday, January 24 and 25, 2024 led by Lisa Ballard, a widely acclaimed coach and ski racer and assisted by several of Holiday Valley's finest women instructors. Intermediate skiers who can ski the blue squares through advanced skiers who want to take their skiing to the next level will benefit from this clinic. Join in for a one day craft show to get into the Christmas Spirit! There will be over 25 different vendors to shop from, where you can find a little bit of everything. It is always a great time to attend a craft and vendor show!

This event is free to the public. You will find a variety of items to shop from! Candles, tumblers, keychains, plants, soaps, baked goods, 3d printed items, crochet and knitted items, and so much more!

There will be over Vendors, Chinese Auction, and food for sale.
