Discover the history of Allegany State Park- January 1, 2026. This year’s First Day Hike is an easy trek featuring historical and environmental tidbits of information about the features found in this area of the park. Your hike will take you along the Quaker Multiuse trail that conveniently has an entrance at Camp Turner.

At 11:30 a.m. join park educators for a guided hike at Science Lake and learn the history and interesting historical figures of the park. The Historical Society will have the Quaker Museum open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Join in for a two day craft show to get into the Christmas Spirit! There will be over 25 different vendors to shop from, where you can find a little bit of everything. It is always a great time to attend a craft and vendor show!

Come celebrate the magic of the holiday season at the free, family-friendly Annual Holiday Tree lighting celebration at Seneca Allegany on Wednesday, December 3 from 4 to 7 p.m., featuring horse-drawn carriage rides from 4-7pm and a tree lighting at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Come celebrate the proud history and traditions of Native American people at Seneca Allegany Casino.  The Resort and Casino will be hosting a community dinner & social!

There will be Fry Bread & Corn Soup, Traditional Singers & Dancers, Handmade Native Crafts, and Collectibles available!
