Portville Central School’s Arts, Crafts, & Antiques Show returns as a one day, indoor event. It will be held at the Portville High School and will feature art, crafts, antiques and food on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am-5:00pm.

Proceeds collected directly benefit the students at Portville Central School in the form of achievement awards and student scholarships.

Carson Waterman, a distinguished artist and revered cultural figure for the Haudenosaunee people of the Seneca Nation, will discuss his life and artwork in a special presentation at St. Bonaventure University on Wednesday, April 2nd at 5:00pm in the Rigas Theater of the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. 

Join "The Scarlet Lily", Ashlie DeArmitt, on November 14th from 6:00-7:00pm for a Fall Floral Arrangement Workshop.

Discover your inner florist this fall by joining this floral arrangement class! Whether you’re just starting out or already have a green thumb, this class provides hands-on instruction to help you create breathtaking floral designs. Master the art of balancing colors, textures, and shapes to make stunning arrangements that will add a touch of beauty to any room.

The Tri-County Arts Council invites you to a Ceramic Village Workshop on October 12th and October 26th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Join Violet Nolder for this beginner-friendly hand-building class where you’ll create a charming village house. You can choose to make it Fall or Christmas themed! In the first session on October 12th, you’ll construct the house, and in the second session on October 26th, you'll decorate it. Ages 14 and up are welcome.

The Tri-County Arts Council is hosting a Butternut Squash Turkey Carving workshop with the renowned artist and TV personality, Eric Jones! Join Eric on November 12th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and learn the intricacies of carving from a master. Ages 12 and up are welcome.

Join Tri-County Arts Council and hand-build your very own mug! This is a guided beginner ceramic slab hand-building class. Create your own unique mug you’ll be able to use in your day-to-day life. We will have many different decorating options to choose from when making your mugs, stamps, decorated rolling pins, letters, plus much more! This is a two-part class; you will make the mug in the first class and glaze it in the second class.

Join the Tri-County Arts Council for a live drawing session featuring a costumed model on November 19th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The session will begin with gesture drawing and progress to a longer pose. Please note that this is a practice session without an instructor. Ages 12 and up are welcome.

The Tri-County Arts Council is hosting a Bread Basket Workshop on October 19th from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

This Valentine’s Day Tri-County Arts Council will be having a Paper Flower Bouquet class! It’s a perfect activity to do with your girls, and the flowers you make you’ll be able to keep forever. You will create a bouquet consisting of 5 different types of paper flowers and 2 types of leaves. There will be a total of 15 flowers and 7 leaves. Flowers are made by cutting, folding, and gluing different shapes and colors of flowers together. You will need to supply your own small, sharp pointed scissors for accurate cutting of shapes for this class. 

The Tri-County Arts Council is hosting a Pumpkin Carving workshop with the renowned artist and TV personality, Eric Jones! Join Eric on October 8th and October 22nd, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and learn the intricacies of pumpkin carving from a master. Ages 12 and up are welcome.

Join SerenHippity on June 21st, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for a fun and creative tie-dye experience! Design your own unique tote bag using professional techniques and take home your handmade masterpiece. 

Dive into the World of Tie-Dye and learn fabric prep, folding, and tying techniques for stunning designs. Discover the secrets to achieving vibrant colors and long-lasting results and get hands-on experience with dyeing and creating your own custom design

Join Jean Benson on June 7th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for a fun and creative Dutch Pour Painting class! Create Your Own Masterpiece using fluid acrylic paint and a unique blowing technique that will create dynamic, abstract patterns on a 12x12 canvas.
