• Any year tractor is welcome.
• $5 Admission - Hitch Fee, $10/Class for Pullers
• Scales Open at 10 am - Pull Begins at Noon

Garden Tractor Pull

The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day. We especially encourage those with more experience to bring along the young people in your life to show them the value of patience, the anticipation of the bite and the exhilaration of the catch!

At 5:30pm on November 22nd, enjoy and evening of Seneca cooking, culture, and stories at Camp Allegany. 

Guest presenter, Michelle Miller, has lived on the Seneca Allegany Territory since 1996. Seneca was not her first or even third language, but it has now become her heritage language. The culture and history of the Seneca have now become part of her as well as her children who are from the territory. 

Join Foster Cattaraugus on Saturday, August 10th from 7-10pm at Woodside Tavern on the Range for a magical evening at their Enchanted Forest Adult Prom to benefit foster children in Cattaraugus County! 

Dress to impress in your finest attire and get ready to relive the nostalgia of prom night in a whole new way. Whether you're going going solo or with a date, this event promises to be a night to remember with a whimsical setting filled with twinkling lights and enchanting decor.

Gowanda is a a beautifully quaint community nestled among the hills surrounding Cattaraugus Creek and is coming together for a Christmas Celebration. Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Of course we can not forget that Santa and all his helpers will be there to help us celebrate this joyous time of year! Mark your calendars! 

On August 25th The Wild Wing Festival will be held with music by the Rustic Ramblers and food from 12-4 pm. There will be guided tours of all the birds in the 6-acre aviary. You will have a guided tour of the birds and learn about the 78 different species. 

Cost is $10/ adults per person and $5 for children under 12. Food will be served by Lil's Deli including Pizza, Chicken fingers, Fries, Cookies, etc.

 Dining tents will be available in case of rain. Please bring your lawn chairs.

Explore the fascinating world of fungi with Pfeiffer Nature Center on September 15th at 5:30pm. 

The guided walk will help you identify and learn about the various mushrooms you'll find in the forest. 

All skill levels welcome! Come discover the hidden wonders of the fungal kingdom.
