The Cattaraugus County Pride Coalition announces it's 6th Pride event at Pride in the Park!
This is a fun event for all with music, entertainment, vendors, food, educational, LGBTQ+ owned businesses, artists and allies, and so much more. This is a family friendly event and everyone is welcome to attend.
The event will be held at War Vets Park in Olean on Saturday, June 29th from 12pm until 4pm.
Explore the fascinating world of fungi with Pfeiffer Nature Center on September 15th at 5:30pm.
The guided walk will help you identify and learn about the various mushrooms you'll find in the forest.

Discover the history of Allegany State Park- January 1, 2026. This year’s First Day Hike is an easy trek featuring historical and environmental tidbits of information about the features found in this area of the park. Your hike will take you along the Quaker Multiuse trail that conveniently has an entrance at Camp Turner.
At 11:30 a.m. join park educators for a guided hike at Science Lake and learn the history and interesting historical figures of the park. The Historical Society will have the Quaker Museum open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Start your Beer and Wine Festival experience a day early as you Crawl Outta Fall. Guests register in the lobby of the Tamarack Club and pick up a passport that features all the locations to visit for drink specials that evening. Registration takes place between 4 - 7PM and live music will be playing in Edna's at the Tamarack Club. Only $15 to participate.

You'll hear how foresters balance tree harvesting with the needs of wildlife, recreation, and long-term forest health. This guided trail walk is perfect for curious minds of all ages!
