The time has finally come, put away those flip-flops and pull out your flannels and sweaters! 

Cummins Cider Mill, located in Portville, will be opening for the season on Wednesday, September 4th from 9am-7:30pm. 

Stop by and enjoy the fresh aroma of apples and spices as you enjoy some refreshing cider and maybe a doughnut or two while surrounding yourself with the cozy Autumn atmosphere.

The Limestone Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a Stand-Up Comedy Show featuring Robb Will, Jamestown's 67th Funniest Comedian, with special guest Rick Mathews, winner of Buffalo's Laugh Off Competition. 

The show starts at 7:30pm on Saturday, February 14th, 2026. 

Tickets are $25 dollars for non-members and $15 for members. 

Join in for a good time and some laughter presented by Just Vibe Events and Entertainment. 

Want to work off some of the turkey or treats; or just spend some time outdoors with other biking families? Join us as we take an evening ride along the Red House Bike Path. Meet at Camp Allegany at 6:15 pm with the ride starting at 6:30 pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult and wear a helmet.  You do not have to have a fat bike for this ride, but you will need a headlamp or a bike light. Please, no balance bikes, or bikes with training wheels.

Join the Little Valley Riders Club for a fun-filled evening of square dancing, country, and fifties music on May 25th, 2025, from 7 pm to 11 pm! 

It's a family-friendly event, so bring the kids along. Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. No horses required – just come for the dance and good times!

Join the acclaimed New York Theater Ballet for a seventy-five minute program that brings to life the timeless tale of the Firebird, Royal Pas de Deux, and contemporary ballet. This magical experience will captivate audiences of all ages.

Eric Jones is an Olean, NY native and celebrated sculptor and caricature artist! He has been featured on The Food Network's Halloween Wars, holds the 2023 Guinness World Record for carving the larges jack-o-lantern, and won Season 3 of The Food Network's Outrageous Pumpkins!

HO! HO! HO! The holidays are fast approaching and there's no better way to get into the spirit than by spending some time in Allegany State Park. Join the Environmental Education Department on Saturday, December 2nd for a fun, festive, family event- Saturday with Santa!

The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on February 14-15, June 27-28, September 26, and November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day. We especially encourage those with more experience to bring along the young people in their lives to show them the value of patience, the anticipation of the bite, and the exhilaration of the catch!

Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tours available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month. No reservations necessary. Come and discover the beauty of the southern tier's Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, NY.  The 33 Munich-style windows are some of the finest domestically-produced windows in the nation.  Pope Frances designated the church as a Minor Basilica on February 14, 2017 for its exquisite art, architecture and history.
