We will go for a short hike to find objects to photograph. This program will meet at the Summit Warming Hut from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on October 16, 2019.

Get out of the house and come join in the fun as Allegany State Park continues its series of hikes called “Third Saturday Treks.” As the name implies, these free, family-friendly hikes take place on the third Saturday of each month from April to October.
The Fall Foliage Train Rides! Enjoy an approx. 2 hour trip on the NY&LE Railroad, heading out from the Gowanda, NY station. There are two times this year! Enjoy the bright afternoon sun and your family with a trip leaving at 1pm or enjoy the beautiful golden sunset over a toast on the 6pm trip! Peak Fall colors will be seen!
Music by the Fireside takes place on third Saturday of each month in the Red House Administration Building lobby from 7:00-8:30 PM from October to March. It is a free event. The zaniest of all spring events, Pond Skimming on March 28th challenges skiers and snowboarders to try to skim across an ice water filled pond at the bottom of Yodeler.
