Enjoy a unique and fast-paced take on the Bard with "Shakespeare Abridged"! This comedic performace is brought to the state by the Kenan Center Troupe. The Kenan Center is one of the premier facilities in the Buffalo Niagara region for arts, education and recreation programming.

Showtime is Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 7:30pm and Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for senior citizens and SBU staff & faculty, and $5 for students.

This FREE event will be held in the Red House Area of the park at the Administration Building and is perfect for all ages! The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day.
