The New York Times says it is like being “transported to a scene from an old black and white Christmas movie.” As we start thinking of the Jolly Old Elf himself, why not come down to see what the fuss is all about the entire month!

Get ready for a spine-tingling celebration!  Join Wildwood's 8th birthday bash on Saturday, June 28th from 6pm-11:55pm. There will be cake (at 6pm), spooky stories, and a chance to dive into the unknown with Kristie London's gallery reading (at 7:00pm). Then, grab your flashlight and join the investigation!  Proceeds will help the Wildwood Crew raise the roof (literally!) on their garage to fix some needed repairs and will eventually give guests a whole new area to explore.

Jump on the SCARIEST HAYRIDE in Western New York. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings only.  Nightmare Hayride is a twenty five minute tractor drawn hayride that will lead you down a creepy haunted path with live scary creatures. You may end up sitting in the person's lap next to you.  But that's not all!  You will then have to make your way through the Gothic Chamber, Haunted Wooden Maze, and through the Haunted Barn with the Vortex Tunnel.

Join SerenHippity on March 15th, 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Tri-County Arts Council to build your very own terrarium! Using a glass jar, laying rocks, soil, and plants you will make your very own little garden! The class will also go over care instructions to keep your new garden thriving! 

There is no experience needed for this class.

Limestone Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a Car Show on July 12th from 9am until 4pm in front of and inside the Limestone Firemen's Club. There will also be a Chinese auction and serve food at the community center. 

Olean 1854 is one of two amateur mens soccer teams in Cattaraugus County. Their home games are played at St. Bonaventure University or Olean Intermediate Middle School.

This production Will Take place on August 8th at 7:30pm, August 9th at 7:30pm, and August 10th at 2pm

A brief synopsis:

Celebrate New York State's Path through History Weekend with a presentation about the Holland Land Company at the Leon Historical Society on June 15th at 11am. Barker Museum's Archivist, Catherine Oag-Miller will lead the presentation. She has extensive knowledge of people and happenings of the local areas and is known for giving an engaging presentation. For those of you who may have Holland Land Co. on your Deed, bring a notebook and enjoy hearing Ms. Oag-Miller at the 1836 Church in Leon, NY. Light refreshments will be served. 

Come celebrate the proud history and traditions of Native American people at Seneca Allegany Casino. The Resort and Casino will be hosting a community dinner & social!
