Come join Santa and Mrs. Claus as they officially light the town's holiday decorations! This festive Annual Santa Claus Lane Parade is held annually on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the traditional kick-off to the holiday season. Santa will be in attendance and light up thousands of lights in Lincoln Park and downtown Olean when he parades through town in celebration.

Join the Olean Historical Society for the 2026 Speaker series, kicking off with a presentation by Mike Winicki. He will be speaking on the history and operations of the P.A. Railroad Buffalo Street Yard at 6:30 pm on May 18th.

The event will be held outside, so bring your lawn char and meet on the museum's side lawn. If it rains, the event will be held indoors. 

The event will be held at 302 Laurens Street in Olean, NY.

It's Christmas in Allegany Santa House season!

Opening night with a parade to welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus:

December 4th: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

December 6th: 1:00pm - 3:00 pm

December 11th: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

The Challenger Learning Center will be hosting Trivia Night on March 8th, 2025! Doors open at 6:00pm, Trivia starts at 6:30pm!

Kick off the summer on June 21st, 2025 when all of Main Street in Little Valley will be closed for the inaugural Little Valley Community Day! Over 30 vendors will fill the street along with food trucks, family activities, children's games, live music, bounce houses and more! The event will run from 1pm until 9pm. This is a rain or shine event.

HoliMont Contractor’s Day is an event filled with many fun activities that take place on and off the slopes.  This year’s activities include the 36th annual Dave Pitkin Memorial Ski Race, dedicated to him to commemorate his enduring spirit, his contributions to the HoliMont Racing Club, and his part in creating the racing hill, Our infamous Bombardier Ball Drop, Lunch provided by Dina’s at the Mont, A vendor market, and an Apres Ski Party. Come out to Allegany State Park on October 5th at 9:30am to experience "Autumn in Allegany"! 

This FREE event will be held in the Red House Area of the park at the Administration Building and is perfect for all ages!
