The holiday season is a magical time in the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York, where twinkling lights, fresh snow, and festive cheer set the perfect stage for a visit with Santa Claus.
Spend winter break at Holiday Valley with this special lodge and lift package designed for college students. Cost is just $242.48 per person for quad occupancy at the slopeside Inn at Holiday Valley, 3 days and 2 nights lift tickets (start anytime Sunday through 4:30 on Tuesday), an arrival gift, hosted parties, tastings and more. First time skiers or snowboarders get a FREE 1.5 hour lesson, rental equipment and a beginners area lift ticket. College Season Passholders can deduct $100 from their package price.
Next Level Mountain Biking will be leading a ride in the Red House area. Meet at the Administration Building at 11:00 am on January 1, 2024. The pace and the length of the ride will be moderate and be determined by the participants. Participants may split into different paced groups, if necessary. No one will be left behind. Fat tire bikes are suggested, given the range of conditions likely to be present, however, use your best judgement for the conditions of the day.

Join Pfeiffer Nature Center for a fascinating presentation on bats, featuring some of the latest research on the incredible nocturnal mammals. The program will also include a live demonstration of specialized bat survey equipment.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a volunteer or owner and be given a history tour of the historic home and given safety instructions. The property offers a full bath and kitchen including a shower, microwave, coffee maker, and oven.

Allegany State Park is hosting a Moon Walkon Tuesday, March 31st. Everyone will be meeting at the Red House Admin Building at 5:30 PM. It’s a great chance to see the park in a whole new light (literally!).

This FREE event will be held in the Red House Area of the park at the Administration Building and is perfect for all ages! Participants will learn basic watercolor techniques and create their own masterpieces under the guidance of naturalists. All materials are provided, so you just need to bring your creativity!
