Red House

Red House is a town in Cattaraugus County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the town population was 38, making it the least populous town in the state. The name comes from a small stream, Red House Creek.

The Cattaraugus County Pride Coalition announces it's 6th Pride event at Pride in the Park! 

This is a fun event for all with music, entertainment, vendors, food, educational, LGBTQ+ owned businesses, artists and allies, and so much more. This is a family friendly event and everyone is welcome to attend. 

The event will be held at War Vets Park in Olean on Saturday, June 29th from 12pm until 4pm.

Gowanda

Gowanda was settled in 1810 by Turner Aldrich and incorporated as Gowanda in 1848. The name "Gowanda" came from the Seneca Indian phrase of "a valley among the hills" or "under the cliffs."

Cotton candy, fried food, rides, animal shows, and live entertainment, are all available at the Cattauragus County Fair. Make plans to catch the demolition derby, monster trucks, or a concert. Have some good old fashioned fun! The fair is held yearly, the first week in August.

New Albion

Pat McGee Trail

Pat McGee Trail - Christian Monroe

You can hike, bike, ride a snowmobile or ride horse on the Pat McGee Trail. This mile multi-purpose 12.2 trail will grow to be a county-wide system but at this time it connects 7 municipalities together (from the Village of Cattaraugus to the City of Salamanca).
