Fasten your sleigh-belts for Gowanda Community Theater's season finale - The Little Town of Christmas! This series of short plays is filled with festive entertainment as part of Christmas in Gowanda 2025!

Join in for a spooky night at EBC Little Valley on Thursday, October 30th for a Halloween-themed night full of fun, music and festive flavors! 

Live music, featuring Darkwater Duo, starting at 7:00pm. Come dressed in your best Halloween attire - EBC staff will be handing out prizes to the favorites of the night and enjoy themed cocktails, seasonal brews, and delicious food! 

Free admission, all welcome!

Immerse yourself in the holiday magic at Gowanda's Historic Hollywood Theatre on December 7th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, with a spectacular performance by The Springville Jazz Orchestra.

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun. 

The Tri-County Arts Council invites you to a Ceramic Village Workshop on October 12th and October 26th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Join Violet Nolder for this beginner-friendly hand-building class where you’ll create a charming village house. You can choose to make it Fall or Christmas themed! In the first session on October 12th, you’ll construct the house, and in the second session on October 26th, you'll decorate it. Ages 14 and up are welcome.

Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Of course we can not forget that Santa and all his helpers will be there to help us celebrate this joyous time of year! Mark your calendars! 

Join ASP at the Beehunter Picnic Pavilion to capture the beautiful colors of fall with a water coloring painting class. No experience is necessary. Enjoy a full moon walk and learn about the changing of the moon phases.

Music in the Park Returns July 25th, 2024 featuring Kokomo Time Band

Gowanda’s Historic Hollywood Theatre proudly presents MR. BRIGHTSIDE!- the ultimate KILLERS experience!

Mr. Brightside: The Ultimate Killers Experience is the premier tribute band from Niagara Falls, NY, delivering electrifying performances of The Killers’ greatest hits. Fronted by Rob Bilson, we bring the iconic sound and energy of The Killers to life!! This show will be held on Saturda, May 3rd at 7 pm.

Come join Santa and Mrs. Claus as they officially light the town's holiday decorations! This festive Annual Santa Claus Lane Parade is held annually on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the traditional kick-off to the holiday season. Santa will be in attendance and light up thousands of lights in Lincoln Park and downtown Olean when he parades through town in celebration.

Join the fun at Hunter Hill Farm on November 9th from 10 AM to 2 PM for a festive Christmas Tree Pottery Class with Tara from TShed Pottery!

TShed Pottery, run by Tara, is renowned for its unique and handcrafted pottery pieces. Celebrated for her creativity and quality, Tara’s classes are both educational and enjoyable. She will guide you through the creative process of designing and crafting two unique Christmas trees—one small and one large.
