Creative Clay Classes are project specific, beginner hand building classes. We will be making fun coil Christmas tree for you to display during the holiday season.

Take a break and enjoy the beauty of the season with a moderate-level hike through the Pfeiffer Nature Center's Lillibridge property on Thursday, November 13th at 2:00pm. Whether you bring a friend or come on your own, it's the perfect way to get some fresh air, exercise, and relaxation. 

Leashed dogs are welcome!

Come join Santa and Mrs. Claus as they officially light the town's holiday decorations! This festive Annual Santa Claus Lane Parade is held annually on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the traditional kick-off to the holiday season. Santa will be in attendance and light up thousands of lights in Lincoln Park and downtown Olean when he parades through town in celebration.

It's Christmas in Allegany Santa House season!

Celebrate the season with an exciting performance by the Southern Tier Symphony! The Holiday Brass concert brings bold, joyful sounds to ring in the holidays.

Showtime is Friday, December 5th, 2025 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for senior citizens and SBU staff & faculty, and $5 for students. 

Lincoln Park will be transformed into a holiday haven as the Jingle Bell Jubilee returns on December 13 from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., bringing the magic of a European-style holiday market to the heart of Downtown Olean. This festive event promises fun for the whole family with local artisan vendors, food, drinks, music, and special activities that will make attendees feel like they've stepped into a Hallmark movie.

Get into the festive spirit and learn how to create beautiful holiday centerpieces that will impress your guests. An expert instructor Amy, from Swan Street Florist, will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks along the way.

Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a beginner, everyone is welcome to attend. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to unleash your creativity and add a personal touch to your holiday decorations. Grab your friends and family and join them for a memorable workshop! 

The Jingle Bell Jubilee is a holiday event featuring many activities and events: the holiday market, carolers, dance groups, wreath creation class, Shop Raffle Drawing, Sips of the Season, make and take craft, horse and wagon rides; an inflated snow globe for picture opps, cocoa and cookie crawl, decorate the tree contest, cookie decorating, and even a Rudolph run! Hours for the event are 4:30-8pm.

April calls for spring cleaning, and the Allegany State Park Historical Society invites the community to help get the Quaker Museum and St. John’s Chapel ready for the season on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at 1:00pm!

Lend a hand with some dusting, vacuuming, and light cleaning to freshen up these two historic gems. The cleanup will last approximately 90 minutes. Cleaning supplies like shop vacs, rags, and dusting tools are welcome, though some will be provided on-site.

Spend winter break at Holiday Valley with this special lodge and lift  package designed for college students. Cost is just $239 per person (plus tax) for quad occupancy at The Inn at Holiday Valley, 3 days and 2 nights lift tickets (start anytime Sunday through 4:30 on Tuesday), an arrival gift, hosted parties, tastings and more.

First time skiers or snowboarders get a FREE 1.5 hour lesson, rental equipment and a beginners area lift ticket.  College Season Passholders can deduct $100 from their package price.

Celebrate the season with a country superstar! Having five number 1 singles to her name, including “Suds In A Bucket” and “Born To Fly,” this Country Music Award winning artist has recently been invited to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Enjoy all the well-known hits along with Christmas favorites like “Run Rudolph Run” as Sara Evans brings the spirit of the holidays to the Seneca Allegany Event center for one magical night!

Eric Jones is an Olean, NY native and celebrated sculptor and caricature artist! He has been featured on The Food Network's Halloween Wars, holds the 2023 Guinness World Record for carving the larges jack-o-lantern, and won Season 3 of The Food Network's Outrageous Pumpkins! 

Gowanda’s Historic Hollywood Theatre proudly presents Cami Clune & The Fringe in The Taylor Swift Experience!

Cami Clune, who captivated audiences on The Voice with her stunning performances and earned a four-chair turn, will be lighting up the Hollywood Theatre stage on Saturday, November 2nd at 7:00 PM. Hailing from Buffalo, NY, Cami is a versatile singer, songwriter, and actress. She gained national fame as a semi-finalist on Season 19 of The Voice.

After bursting onto scene as the Season 10 winner of “American Idol,” he quickly won the hearts of critics and audiences alike, with his deep voice and traditional Country style. A string of impressive hits soon followed including “Five More Minutes,” “In Between,” and “Damn Straight.” Known for his crooning melodies and downhome Southern charm, this North Carolina native has become a respected figure in Country music. He also made history as the first Country artist and youngest male artist of any genre to debut a first solo album on Billboard’s Top 200 chart.

Cummins Cider Mill, located in Portville, will be opening for the season on Wednesday, September 3rd.

Stop by and enjoy the fresh aroma of apples and spices as you enjoy some refreshing cider and maybe a doughnut or two while surrounding yourself with the cozy Autumn atmosphere.
