For the seventh consecutive autumn, Griffis Sculpture Park will again be illuminated with colorful and theatrical lighting when “NIGHT LIGHTS at Griffis Sculpture Park” returns on September 18th, 2019. NIGHT LIGHTS will be open for four weeks and welcomes guests to view the interaction between lights, nature and art.

The Penguin Paddle is an annual fundraiser for Holiday Valley's Lounsbury Adaptive Program on Saturday, February 29, 2020. It is a day filled with wonderful auction items, delicious food and lots of laughs as people slip inside a garbage bag and slide on their bellies "penguin style" down the bottom of Yodeler slope. The zaniest of all spring events, Pond Skimming on March 28th challenges skiers and snowboarders to try to skim across an ice water filled pond at the bottom of Yodeler. Some will make it all the way across, but many end up getting very wet (and cold!). Prizes are awarded for the best skimmer, the best costume, the best kid and of course the most spectacular splash.
Organized by the same folks who brought you the fall EVL Halloween Half, the annual spring Happy Half is a serious race, but full of fun surprises along the way. The 13.1 mile route will start at Holiday Valley, take you through the rolling terrain of Great Valley and finish at Holiday Valley. There's also a 5K distance and 1 mile Beer Run.
