Family Art Day 2019 with the Tri-County Arts Council

The Tri-County Arts Council’s first Free Family Art Day in the fall of 2016 was a huge success! Over 250 parents and children filled the Arts Council studio in Allegany to make Halloween-themed projects. Parents and kids had a chance to express their creativity in projects that they could take home with them that same day.
