Little Valley
Little Valley is a town in Cattaraugus County, New York. The town is named after its local geographical setting, a relative comparison of two tributaries (the other being the neighboring Great Valley) of the Allegheny River.
Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tour
Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tours available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month. No reservations necessary. Come and discover the beauty of the southern tier's Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, NY. The 33 Munich-style windows are some of the finest domestically-produced windows in the nation. Join Jessica Borchert on October 1st from 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Tri-County Arts Council in Olean to celebrate Fall by painting a still life of pumpkins and create an original art piece to add to your fall decor.

Haudenosaunee Art and Culture: A Workshop with Bernadette Scott
Experience the rich cultural heritage of the Haudenosaunee (Seneca) people through art, craft, and storytelling on August 12th, starting at 1pm at the Quaker Picnic Shelter at Allegany State Park.
Join Bernadette Scott, a proud Haudenosaunee (Seneca) woman and member of the Deer Clan, for an afternoon of traditional Seneca art and culture. Learn about the art and history behind traditional crafts like cornhusk dolls, flowers, baskets, and Haudenosaunee social dancing and even try your hand at making your own corn husk doll!

Portville's Arts, Crafts & Antique Show 2025
Portville Central School’s Arts, Crafts, & Antiques Show returns as a one day, indoor event. It will be held at the Portville High School and will feature art, crafts, antiques and food on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am-5:00pm.
Proceeds collected directly benefit the students at Portville Central School in the form of achievement awards and student scholarships.
Tri-County Arts Council: Encaustic Workshop
Join Merry Ryding on October 26th from 11am-2pm for an Encaustic workshop at the Tri-County Arts Council in Olean.
Explore the art of Encaustic, a hot wax medium perfect for transforming paper scraps and other lightweight materials into beautiful creations. Participants can bring small copies of photos, poems, or quotes printed on lightweight paper, though various papers will be provided.
