Haunted in New England comes to The Wildwood Sanitarium in Salamanca

Wildwood Sanitarium Ghost Hunt Salamanca NY

The public is invited to join the "Haunted in New England" team as they investigate the paranormal elements of the Wildwood Sanitarium in Salamanca, NY.  Eric Perry, from the hit show Haunted Hospitals (Travel Channel), Elisabeth Angel, from Counting Cars (History Channel), author John Kuykendall from USA paranormal, and Cheryl Lynn Carter, International Author, Psychic Medium, Reiki Master, Paranormal Researcher and Historical Researcher, will all be there.  The public is welcome to bring their own ghost hunting equipment as well to find out what really happened in this historic sanitarium and bath house from the early turn of the 20th century. 

Tickets are $50 each and available online.  The investigation will run from 5pm - 5am the following day.  Please bring a flash light and wear appropriate clothing for ghost hunting.

Most Residents are Amish in the Town of Leon

There are approximately 1,380 residents in Leon with the Amish Community comprising about 76% of that number. The Old Order Amish settled in Leon in 1949. They do not believe in the modern conveniences. They have no electricity in their homes + travel by horse and buggy. 

If you are looking for someplace interesting to go, try the Leon area. It is right in the heart of Amish Country.
