Fall speaker series at the SINM poster

The Seneca Iroquois National Museum hosts their Fall Speaker series at the Onöhsagwë:de’ Cultural Center every Thursday from 6-7:30pm through November 21st with a different speaker every week.

September 26th- Mark Schaming (History of the NYS Museum and it's relationship with the Hodinohso:ni people.

October 3rd- Alyssa Mt. Pleasant (Bringing past into the present and future: Considering Cultural Heritage; Opportunities at Buffalo Creek)

October 10th- Penny Minner (Hodinohso:ni basket making- past and present)

October 17th- Caleb Abrams (New short film "The Burning of my Cold Spring House")

October 24th- Steve Gordon ("Cold Springs; My Home, My Memories, My Story"- Book signing)

November 7th-Doug Perelli (Archaeology site investigations of Salamanca and WNY)

November 14th- Jamie Jacobs (Digging into the past; Seneca Decolonization through Archaeology)

November 21st- Rodney Haring (Bio-ethics, precision medicaiton and the environment)

This Speaker Series will be held in the Museum Classroom.
