Adventure Bound onthefly with Ellicottville Coffee Company

Adventure Bound has over 40 years of outdoor, paddling, climbing, fishing, camping and everyday adventures and the new shop’s emphasis will be on Stand Up Paddle boards (SUP) and accessories, travel and outdoor gear and fly fishing equipment. They have two areas in which they hold classes for SUP, including SUP Yoga. Spruce Lake is located above Holiday Valley. 

Through Adventure Bound, you can also book a guided fishing trip into Zoar Valley and they can suggest the gear you'll need.  If you've forgotten something, Adventure Bound's Fly Shop is fully stocked with the right flies, rods, reels and other tackle you'll need. Ellicottville Coffee Company is a small batch roasting company focusing on single origin, responsibly grown and fair trade sourced coffee. We are committed to using the highest quality ingredients, state of the art equipment and well trained staff to provide you with the best coffee experience. Our Roasters and Baristas are expertly trained ensuring both perfect technique and proper extraction in every cup of coffee and hand crafted beverage we serve.  Enjoy espresso drinks, baked goods, and grab-n-go foods, along with local maple syrup, jams and jellies and home brewing equipment. 

For the past few years, the Rounds have been working on a concept to incorporate Ellicottville Coffee Co. into the existing Adventure Bound space. In their quest to learn the nuances of coffee growing / sourcing / roasting, etc. they travelled to Colombia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico and Peru researching single origin bean options. Now they have developed great relationships with growers, farmers and distributors in those regions.

Adventure Bound will continue offering guided fly fishing trips, river trips, Spruce Lakes rentals, corp group events, private/custom group outings, private parties, and our exciting new destination trips.
