This boat launch is along the Allegheny River under the bridges along I-86 in Allegany, NY.  From the Village of Allegany, take 1st Street towards the river (gas station side), then take 9 Mile Rd. which will turn into West River Rd.  When you see the I-86 overpass, you will see the turn-off driveway for the launch.
