Get ready to lace up your running shoes and celebrate the vibrant autumn season at HoliMont! You're invited to the exciting HoliTrot Fall Festival Trail Run, featuring a Kids Race and a scenic 5k trail run through our beautiful trails.

The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on February 14-15, June 27-28, September 26, and November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day. We especially encourage those with more experience to bring along the young people in their lives to show them the value of patience, the anticipation of the bite, and the exhilaration of the catch!

Join the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts for an exciting community event on Saturday April 26, from 11am - 3pm; featuring a day of music, dance, art activities, and community engagement that is free and open to all ages. This Valentine’s Day Tri-County Arts Council will be having a Paper Flower Bouquet class! It’s a perfect activity to do with your girls, and the flowers you make you’ll be able to keep forever. You will create a bouquet consisting of 5 different types of paper flowers and 2 types of leaves. There will be a total of 15 flowers and 7 leaves. Flowers are made by cutting, folding, and gluing different shapes and colors of flowers together. You will need to supply your own small, sharp pointed scissors for accurate cutting of shapes for this class.

Spring is here! Join an Allegany State Park Naturalist for a "Signs of Spring Evening Walk" explaining Allegany State Park's blossoming spring critters on Wednesday, April 23rd from 6:30-8:00pm. Participants will be treated to some early signs of spring that may include display flight of American Woodcock, chorusing amphibians, newly emerged spring plants and much more. Come early and celebrate Earth Day with making bird feeders using recyclable materials. Earth Day is all about environmental stewardship, and this activity is a meaningful way to reduce waste and support local wildlife.

Tri-County Arts Council will be hosting an Acrylic Painting Workshop on October 5th and 12th from 1:00pm - 3:00pm, Ages 12+.

Immerse yourself in the art of acrylic painting with this beginner-friendly class. You'll paint a picturesque scene featuring boats docked by a lush forest and majestic mountains, all under the expert guidance of Barbara Boser who will lead you through each step of the process.
