Join instructor, Tara Walker, at the Tri-County Arts Council on Saturday, July 26th from 1:00pm - 3:00pm for an oil pastels class. In this class you will use a variety of different strokes and colors, learning how to blend and layer colors to create stunning still life paintings that you will surely be proud of!

Discover the history of Allegany State Park- January 1, 2026. This year’s First Day Hike is an easy trek featuring historical and environmental tidbits of information about the features found in this area of the park. Your hike will take you along the Quaker Multiuse trail that conveniently has an entrance at Camp Turner.
At 11:30 a.m. join park educators for a guided hike at Science Lake and learn the history and interesting historical figures of the park. The Historical Society will have the Quaker Museum open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Meet at Camp Allegany at 11am on January 1st, 2026. The pace and length of the ride will be moderate or determined by the riders. Participants may split into two different groups so that no one gets left behind.
Fat Tire bikes are advised, given the conditions of the trails that may be present.
