Celebrate the season with a country superstar! HoliMont Contractor’s Day is an event filled with many fun activities that take place on and off the slopes.  This year’s activities include the 36th annual Dave Pitkin Memorial Ski Race, dedicated to him to commemorate his enduring spirit, his contributions to the HoliMont Racing Club, and his part in creating the racing hill, Our infamous Bombardier Ball Drop, Lunch provided by Dina’s at the Mont, A vendor market, and an Apres Ski Party. This event is sponsored by many local businesses and helps us celebrate and support our local community. Join us for our favorite day of the year!

Join Allegany on September 21st, from 1pm - 3pm!! They will be celebrating with a grand opening party with a ribbon cutting! There will be 50/50s from local sponsors, vendors, live music from Animals in a Cage, and food trucks! They are going to try to have a best trick jam with giveaways!

Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean. The twinkling lights and decorations need extra display time which means the Barlett House is open for extended hours.

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

Cummins Cider Mill, located in Portville, will be opening for the season on Wednesday, September 4th from 9am-7:30pm. 

Stop by and enjoy the fresh aroma of apples and spices as you enjoy some refreshing cider and maybe a doughnut or two while surrounding yourself with the cozy Autumn atmosphere.
