What’s included in this 2-part class:
Everything you need to make your own piece of stained glass. They'll have all kinds of glass to choose from, tools to cut and grind the glass into shape, copper foil for edges, solder and all the tools to apply it.
They will have several designs to choose from.
You get to take home your stained glass piece at the end of the second day.
Please wear closed-toe shoes and be prepared to stand for most of the class.
**They need at least 4 signups to make the class happen, consider bringing a friend!**

Galentine's Chunky Blankets at Tri-County Arts Council
Learn how to finger knit your very own ultra-soft chunky yarn blanket—no needles or experience required! In this hands-on class, you’ll work with six skeins of plush chenille yarn to create a beautiful 35” x 60” blanket that will be perfect during the colder months.
They’ll guide you step-by-step through the finger knitting process, teach you how to care for your finished piece, and help you relax and enjoy the meditative rhythm of working with your hands.

Needle Felting a Valentine Garland at Tri-County Arts Council
In this class, you will create a needle felted valentine themed garland using wool roving. The technique you will be using involves repeatedly poking a needle through the felt to compact the wool. You will be using heart-shaped cookie cutters to guide you in shaping the wool. You will then attach your hearts and beads onto the garland strand. The length of your finished garland will depend on how many hearts and beads you can make during the class time, and on how you choose to space them apart on the strand.
Tri-County Arts Council: Pet Painting Workshop
Join Jessica Borchert on November 19th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a vibrant workshop where you’ll use bright colors and a grid technique to create a stunning portrait of your pet. The class will use a 14" x 11" canvas. While we’d love to meet your pet in person, please bring a photo reference of your furry friend instead.
