Beer is Back! The 18th annual Beer and Wine Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 12th. With many of the region's best craft brewers, wineries and cideries in attendance you can sample your favorites, plus try out several new and unique flavors. Add live entertainment, food trucks and 1500 of your closest friends, it's an event not to be missed.

The format was adjusted so no there are two sessions in order to allow guests to have more space in the lodge. The first session is 1pm - 4pm and the second is 5pm - 8pm.

There will be three, two-person one act plays performed.

The Guerrilla Theatre Project will arrive at the sculpture park on Friday evening, then proceed to write three brand new one-act plays, audition performers, rehearse and perform the plays - all in 24 hours. The performances will take place at 7:00 p.m. at different locations at the Mill Valley Road section of the park.

At 5:30pm on November 22nd, enjoy and evening of Seneca cooking, culture, and stories at Camp Allegany. 

Guest presenter, Michelle Miller, has lived on the Seneca Allegany Territory since 1996. Seneca was not her first or even third language, but it has now become her heritage language. The culture and history of the Seneca have now become part of her as well as her children who are from the territory.

TShed Pottery, run by Tara, is renowned for its unique and handcrafted pottery pieces. Celebrated for her creativity and quality, Tara’s classes are both educational and enjoyable. The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on February 17-18, June 29-30, September 28, and November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day. There will be a Christmas Parade and Park Lighting Celebration. The parade will start at the Portville School and make its way down to Pioneer Park where Santa will light the park.

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.

Head over to Camp Allegany on October 19th at 6:30 PM for a spectacular evening under the stars at Allegany State Park.

Enjoy a night filled with “out of this world” crafts, a chance to learn about the constellations, and the highlight of the evening – watching the meteor shower in the open sky!

Get ready for a spine-tingling celebration!  Join Wildwood's 8th birthday bash on Saturday, June 28th from 6pm-11:55pm. There will be cake (at 6pm), spooky stories, and a chance to dive into the unknown with Kristie London's gallery reading (at 7:00pm). Then, grab your flashlight and join the investigation!  Proceeds will help the Wildwood Crew raise the roof (literally!) on their garage to fix some needed repairs and will eventually give guests a whole new area to explore.

Jump on the SCARIEST HAYRIDE in Western New York. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings only.  Nightmare Hayride is a twenty five minute tractor drawn hayride that will lead you down a creepy haunted path with live scary creatures. You may end up sitting in the person's lap next to you.  But that's not all!  You will then have to make your way through the Gothic Chamber, Haunted Wooden Maze, and through the Haunted Barn with the Vortex Tunnel.

Join the Regina A Quick Center staff as they conclude their yearlong celebration with a special evening honoring the center's founders and supporters. This is a free event to come visit Santa in his beautifully decorated Santa House with Elf Shack behind selling basket raffle tickets to help support this yearly tradition. Raffle tickets will be drawn after the event.
