Maple Glen Sugar House in Western New York is a life-long dream comes true for co-owners Paul Lesefske and his brother Dana. Maple Glen Sugar House is Located near beautiful Zoar Valley in Gowanda, New York -approximately 40 miles south of Buffalo, NY.  You will find one of the most up to date maple syrup productions in New York State. 

This family run business has years of experience making Maple Syrup!  They boil the sap over a wood fired evaporator to enhance the flavor.  Open to visitors during the maple season to visit while they are boiling sap!

This sweet little shop is located on the lower level in the Holiday Valley Lodge and serves Starbucks coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, teas and mouth-watering baked goods and deli sandwiches.  You'll also find cinnamon rolls, fresh breads as well as grab and go snacks including gluten free items.

Golfers can call from the 9th tee to order lunch to go at the turn!

My Old Time Bakery and Cafe recently renovated their building on North Union St.  This bakery, which also serves breakfasts and lunches, is decorated in a style of old-time chef, with a dining area that is well lit and cozy.  There is a separate area, with doors, that seats 18, but in total the restaurant seats 49. 

Napoli Pizza is known for their fresh, homemade pizza pies from traditional cheese and pepperoni to specialty options including Buffalo chicken, veggie, bacon cheeseburger, pierogi and Sicilian pies. Their menu also includes regular and boneless wings, Stromboli, wraps, cold subs, pasta dishes, salads, sides, and more.

Native Offerings Farm, LLC is Certified Naturally Grown; a certification program only available to farmers that support and supply local markets and have demonstrated a history of environmentally sound farming practices. They use the publicly available USDA National Organic Standards as the basis of their growing practices.
