Easter Beagle at Pfeiffer

Has Easter Egg hunting gone to the dogs? Well, it has at Pfeiffer Nature Center! Join in for the second year of Easter Egg hunting for dogs at the Lillibridge property. As you know, the Easter Bunny hiding Easter Eggs for children is a tradition that has been around for generations. Snoopy, the Easter Beagle, delivering Easter Eggs is a much more recent occurrence. On April 18th, Lillibridge will be visited by the Easter Beagle to hide Easter Eggs not for children, but for his fellow four legged furry friends. Bring your dog(s) with your family to enjoy this fun outdoor doggie event. Walk the trails of Lillibridge with your pooch as the Easter Eggs with dog treats are smelled out of hiding.

This event will be held at: Lillibridge Preserve, 1974 Lillibridge Road, Portville, NY 14770. In the event of rain, the program will be held on Sunday, April 19th from 1-3 pm. If we have rain on Sunday as well, the event will be cancelled. If the weather appears questionable, look for a notice on the top of our website home page. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. A $2 donation per dog is greatly appreciated. Register by 4 PM, Thursday, April 16th. Sign up on the programs Calendar on our website at www.pfeiffernaturecenter.org or contact the office at 716-933-0187. Pfeiffer Nature Center is supported by United Way funding.
