As Christmas approaches, join Jessica Borchert on December 7th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a magical painting session. Learn to create a beautiful Christmas tree, making a heartfelt gift perfect for your loved ones.

Celebrate opening night of the Allegany Santa House with Santa's arrival by the Allegany Fire Department. This is a free event to come see Santa, and enjoy a beautiful decorated Santa House with Elf Shack containing basket raffles to help support this community event.

If you’re a first responder, enjoy a free roundtrip train ride from Gowanda, NY, to South Dayton and back. A 30-minute layover in the village of South Dayton lets you explore the vendors in the area, such as farmers, baked goods, and crafts. All first responders ride for free!

Gowanda is a a beautifully quaint community nestled among the hills surrounding Cattaraugus Creek and is coming together for a Christmas Celebration. Cummins Cider Mill, located in Portville, will be opening for the season on Wednesday, September 4th from 9am-7:30pm. 

Stop by and enjoy the fresh aroma of apples and spices as you enjoy some refreshing cider and maybe a doughnut or two while surrounding yourself with the cozy Autumn atmosphere.

Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tours available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month. No reservations necessary. The Haunted Hinsdale House presents this exclusive Overnight Ghost Hunt at 8pm and it will run until 9am the next day. Your all inclusive experience will include a tour of the grounds and inside the historic building. You will get history and stories from your guide, as well as use of some ghost hunting equipment to see if we can connect with the other side.
