Celebrate the season with a country superstar! The Cattaraugus County Living Arts Association is announce their  2025 summer production, the high-energy, crowd-pleasing jukebox musical "Pump Boys and Dinettes"—a toe-tapping celebration of life, love, and laughter on Highway 57!

This production Will Take place on August 8th at 7:30pm, August 9th at 7:30pm, and August 10th at 2pm

A brief synopsis:

There will be three, two-person one act plays performed.

The Guerrilla Theatre Project will arrive at the sculpture park on Friday evening, then proceed to write three brand new one-act plays, audition performers, rehearse and perform the plays - all in 24 hours. The performances will take place at 7:00 p.m. at different locations at the Mill Valley Road section of the park.

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. The Ellicottville  A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 36 years.

Come over to the Salamanca Rail Museum on Main St, August 31st from 12pm - 4pm for some end of summer fun! 

There will be "old time" games, a hat craft, temporary tattoos, and a raffle basket including some Rail Museum Swag & gift shop goodies!

Join Laura Solly, Ellicottville-based yoga instructor, for an all-levels outdoor yoga session nestled in the picturesque blueberry patch, overlooking the beautiful fields. Breathe deeply, stretch out, and reconnect with nature as you savor the sweetness of summer. 

Before or after class, enjoy pick-your-own blueberries and flowers, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere.

Immerse yourself in the holiday magic at Gowanda's Historic Hollywood Theatre on December 7th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, with a spectacular performance by The Springville Jazz Orchestra.
