Ladies SUP retreat weekend in Ellicottville

Ladies SUP Retreat weekend is designed to connect women with the outdoors and water through experiences, inspiration and adventure. You will return home rejuvenated with a more grounded connection to your every day challenges. Enjoy the benefits of spending time on the water on a SUP, cultivate your mind and body with Yoga, discuss life's ups and downs over coffee/tea, great meals and a peaceful and interesting hike. In between there will be time to relax and enjoy the local area and shopping in Ellicottville.

Includes:
FRIDAY
6pm ~Wine and Cheese Welcome Party at Adventure Bound
7pm ~Dinner at Villagio

SATURDAY
8am ~Morning Yoga with French Press Coffee and Tea at the Groove Fitness Center
11:30 am ~Warrior Woman Stand Up Paddle Board Introduction at Spruce Lake
1pm ~Lunch on the Mountain
6:30pm ~ Dinner at Public House

SUNDAY
10am ~Wild Woman Woodland Exploration meet at Adventure Bound (3 hours)
Lunch compliments of Public House included

Allegany State Park has over 35 miles of Cross Country skiing trails, 18 hiking trails and 5.6 miles of paved multi-use trails (horseback riding, snowmobiling and more) around Red House Lake area. 3 campground areas with over 375 cabins.
